New Year, New Content!

Happy 2019 ladies and gents! I know it's been a while, but I'm still here with ya!! I've been super busy with relocating and getting everything set up, but I'm SOOO freakin ready to get back to making videos and photos for you guys!
Well, almost ready.. seems of all things to go missing in my move, it was my entire box of toys

Need some tech help....

Okay boys and girls, here's the deal- I had to suck it up and buy a new phone because my last own got stuck in a boot loop.
Unfortunately ALL my photos and videos are on this particular device (including sentimental items of course).
I believe it's due to corrupt software, as this started shortly after its last update.
The device is an Sumsung Galaxy S7 Active.
I'm not even sure if it's actually charging anymore when I attempt to do so (every few weeks I try a new solution).
If anyone can help me SUCCESSFULLY recover the data, there's a free set of photos or videos in it for you.
BTW, I'll be posting again here soon, moves are chaotic and I've had ZERO time! I miss talking to you all, and thanks for sticking it out with me!

@appletree98 some were, some were not. The sync was disabled a while ago.

@lovingfun2018 Yes it has a sim, that I have tried booting with and without it in the device. I've tried multiple different chargers at different amps. Including wireless (it is currently charging now, it just needed some time to get the bare minimum and acknowledge it). The two times I made it through the boot, I immediately plugged it into my laptop.. and it went back into the loop before anything could actually be uploaded. I'm just trying to avoid sending it out for data recovering.

A few simple things to ask first does your phone have a sim card? have you tried a different charger with stronger amps? Lastly try to plug your charger you have into a laptop or computer that is left powered on it might take a bit up trickle charge but might get it back.
